I’m using the fabulous licensed work Rion Vernon of PinUpToons which can be purchased at CILM  

 Let’s get started!

Put your mask in your Mask folder

Open your template in psp

(it's large but we'll resize later!)

 Open DareToDream_Paper10_TH

Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk

Find gemsmask-43from the drop down

Fit to canvas, Show all mask and Source Luminance checked

Hit Load

Merge Group

Copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas

Resize by 40% and position at the top right corner

of your canvas

(see mine for placement)

Duplicate layer and mirror

Merge mask layers together

Duplicate and flip

Merge mask layers together

Click on dk grey rectangle layer

Selections > Float > Defloat

Open DareToDream_Paper02_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 105%

Selections > Invert

Hit delete

Delete dk grey rectangle layer

Add a drop shadow

0, 0, 90, 8.5

Click on med grey rectangle layer

Selections > Float > Defloat

Open DareToDream_Paper07_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Selections > Invert

Hit delete

Delete med grey rectangle layer

Add same drop shadow

Merge down

Click on strip 1 layer

Selections > Float > Defloat

Open DareToDream_Paper06_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 120%

Selections > Invert

Hit delete

Delete strip 1 layer

Add same drop shadow

Click on strip 2 layer

Selections > Float > Defloat

Open DareToDream_Paper13_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 120%

Selections > Invert

Hit delete

Image > Mirror

Delete strip 2 layer

Add same drop shadow

Click on strip 3 layer

Selections > Float > Defloat

Open DareToDream_Paper11_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 120%

Selections > Invert

Hit delete

Image > Mirror

Delete strip 3 layer

Add same drop shadow

Click on dot dash line 1

Using your manual color correction tool

 change the source color to white and the target color to # #470e31

Hit Ok

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Uniform, 70, Monochrome checked

Repeat noise and add drop shadow

1, 1, 50, 2

Click on dot dash line 2

Using your manual color correction tool, change the

target color to #a0b9d8

Hit Ok

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise

Uniform, 70, Monochrome checked

Repeat noise and add same drop shadow

Open DareToDream_Stampframe02_TH

Resize by 80%

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Activate your manual color correcting tool

Change your source color to #939486 and

your target color to #9a9ea8

Hit Ok

With your magic wand (mode = Add/Shift)

Click inside each of the 5 frames

Selections > Modify > Expand by 4

Selections > Invert

Open DareToDream_Paper10_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Hit delete

Drag below frame layer

Do not deselect!

Selections > Invert

Add a new raster layer

Effects > 3D effects > Cutout with the following settings:

0, 0, 100, 10, color=black

Merge your frame with your cutout

Add a drop shadow

-2, -2, 50, 2

Repeat with V/H = 2

Click on your frame background layer

Copy and paste your five tubes

Resize if necessary and position to your liking

Merge your tubes together

Add same drop shadow

Merge your frame, tube layer and frame background paper together

Open DareToDream_Loosestitch1_TH

Copy and paste onto your canvas and position at the top of your frame

Use your raster deform tool to bring the right and left sides in

to make it fit the frame

Re-colorize if you desire

Sharpen and add a drop shadow

1, 1, 50, 2

Merge down with your frame

Merge frame with your frame background

Copy and paste your main tube and position to your liking

Duplicate and add a Gaussian blur of 5.5 to your original tube layer

Merge tube layers together

Open DareToDream_Antiquekey_TH

Resize by 40%

Copy and paste onto your canvas and position at the bottom

(or to your liking)

Grab your raster deform tool and holding the Ctrl key down, drag the top left node to the right a bit

Let off the Ctrl key and drag your bottom middle node up a tad

Sharpen and add a drop shadow

2, 2, 50, 2

Open DareToDream_Flourishdoodle1_TH

Click on your manual correction tool

Change the source color to #999b8e and the target color to #2a2c38

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 50% and position at the bottom left of your bottom rectangle

(see mine for placement)

Drag below main tube layer

Duplicate flourish layer and mirror

Merge two flourish layers together

Zoom in and erase the curlicue end on each side

(see mine for reference)

Add same drop shadow

Click on your top layer of your layers palette

Open DareToDream_Lillies01_TH

Resize by 50%

Copy and paste onto your canvas and position top right

(see mine for reference)

Erase any of the stems covering your top strip

Sharpen and add same drop shadow

Paste your lillies again

Image mirror

Resize by 50% and position on the right side covering the bottom strip

(see mine for placement)

Zoom in and erase the stems that are covering the bottom strip

Sharpen and add a drop shadow

-2, -2, 50, 2

Merge your lilies together

Open DareToDream_WordLabel01_TH

Resize by 30% and free rotate left by 30 degrees

Position at the top left of your frame

Sharpen

Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast

Set both values to 25

Hit Ok

Add same drop shadow

Repeat but change V/H to 2

Add your copyright and any text

Image > Resize by 62% (all layers checked)

Sharpen if needed and save as .png
