I’m using the fabulous licensed work of PinUpToons which can be purchased at CILM
Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Plugins: No outside plugins needed
Tube of choice
Font: Passions Conflict ROB (PTU)
Mask: WSL_Mask297 by Chelle HERE
Scrap Kit (PTU): Hope by Jessica of Scraps by Jessica HERE

Let’s get started!
Put your mask in your Mask folder
Open PSP
Open a new canvas, 700 X 825, white
(we’ll resize later!)
Open H_paper17_JD
Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk
Find WSL_Mask297 from the drop down
Fit to layer, Hide all mask, Source Luminance checked
Hit OK
Merge Group
Image > Flip
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas
Position towards the bottom of your canvas
Open H_Frame4_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Add a drop shadow
0, 0, 65, 5
Move towards the right of your canvas
Click inside your frame with your magic wand
Open H_psper12_JD
Copy and paste as a new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit delete
Open H_sequinframe2_JD
Resize by 90%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Center over your first frame
Add same drop shadow
Open H_Frame3_JD
Image > Flip
Resize by 80%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Add same drop shadow
Open H_Ribbon3_JD
Image > Rotate left
Resize by 35%
Position on the right side of your right square frame
Use your raster deform tool to make it fit the frame
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Open H_bracelet_JD
Image > Rotate right
Resize by 35% and position on your square frame
(see mine for placement)
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Duplicate layer and move down so that the pink gem is at the bottom of the frame
(make sure they overlap correctly)
Duplicate again and center on the next frame to the right
Use your raster deform tool to stretch it just a tad to get the top gem positioned at the top of the frame
Erase the extra gems extending past
Merge your gems together
Open H_dress1_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag below square frame layer
Position up and to the left on your canvas
(see mine for placement)
Add same drop shadow
Open H_dress2_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Position down and right of the first dress
(see mine for placement)
Add same drop shadow
Open H_hanger_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag below dresses layers and position at the top of your black dress
Duplicate layer and mirror
Reposition at the top of your pink dress
Open H_tag4_JD
Resize by 20%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Free rotate 20 degrees left and position on the pink dress shoulder strap
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Duplicate layer and mirror
Position on the black dress shoulder strap
Copy and paste your tube and position to your liking
Add a drop shadow
Click on your square frame layer
Open H_beadstring2_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas
position at the top left corner of your frame
Erase the part of the coil on the right side overlapping the hanger
Add same drop shadow
Open H_purse2_JD
Resize by 45%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag below frame layer
position on bottom left frame
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Click on your square frame layer
Open H_purse1_JD
Resize by 45%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
position at bottom left of frame
(see mine for placement)
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Open H_purse3_JD
Resize by 40%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
position on top of bottom center frame
(see mine for placement)
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Now go crazy adding more elements to your design!
When you are happy with the look open H_wordart1_JD
Resize by 80% and position at the top of your canvas
Add any text around it if you so desire
Add your copyright information and name
Merge visible layers
Resize by 60%, all layers checked
Save as png
