Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Plugins: No outside plugins needed
Tube and font of choice
Template: Love Template by ButterflyFlutterby Creations HERE
FTU Scrap Kit: Chic by BelVidotti HERE
Feel free to use other paper choices/kits if you so desire!
Let’s get started!
Open your template in PSP
Shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Image > Canvas size > 700 X 700 center placement
Click on Bflyfly shape layer
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open chicp16 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 82% and position within the marching ants
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete
Delete Bflyfly shape layer
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 5
Click on Bflyfly back layer
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open chicp13 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Delete Bflyfly back layer
Add same drop shadow
Merge down
Click on Bflyfly dotted line layer
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open chicp1 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 82%
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise
Sharpen
Delete Bflyfly dotted line layer
Add drop shadow
1, 1, 50, 5
Merge down
Click on Bflyfly swirl
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise
Sharpen
Add same drop shadow
Click on Bflyfly bottom heart layer
With your magic wand (Tolerance = 0), click inside the heart
Open chicp4 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Shift D to deselect
Click back on Bflyfly bottom heart layer
Click on the white border with your magic wand
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise
Sharpen
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 5
Click on Bflyfly middle heart layer
With your magic wand, click inside the heart
Open chicp6 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Shift D to deselect
Click back on Bflyfly middle heart layer
Click on the white border with your magic wand
Using your manual color correction tool
Change the Source color to white and the Target color to #dc4973
Click OK
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise
Sharpen
Shift D to Deselect
Add same drop shadow
Click on Bflyfly top heart layer
With your magic wand, click inside the heart
Open chicp11 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Shift D to deselect
Click back on Bflyfly top heart layer
Click on the white border with your magic wand
Using your manual color correction tool
Change the Target color to # #ff97ba
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise
Sharpen
Shift D to Deselect
Add same drop shadow
Click on Bflyfly label dotted line layer
Using your manual color correction tool
Change the Target color to black
Click OK
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Gaussian, 80, Monochrome checked
Repeat Noise two ore times
Sharpen
Shift D to Deselect
Click on Bflyfly label layer
Open chicp10 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 50% and position so the grey flowers are within the marching ants
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Delete Bflyfly label layer
Add same drop shadow
Click on Bflyfly pen and paper layer
Using your magic wand, click the dark grey area inside the pen
Open chicp20 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 50% and position within the marching ants
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Click back on Bflyfly pen and paper layer
Using your magic wand, click on the grey area inside the larger heart
Open chicp05 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Click back on Bflyfly pen and paper layer
Using your magic wand, click on the grey area inside the smaller heart
Open chicp07 belvidotti
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Merge the pen and 2 hearts down into the Bflyfly pen and paper layer
Add a drop shadow
2, 2, 75, 5
Copy and paste your tube and position to your liking
Open chice42 belvidotti
Using your selection tool, drag a rectangle around the vertical belt
Edit >Copy
Click on your graphic
Ctrl V to paste as new layer
Resize by 70% and use your raster deform tool to position on the rectangle layer
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 5
Open chice64 belvidotti
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Image > mirror
Resize by 75% and use your raster deform tool to position the edges on the rectangle layer
Add same drop shadow
Open chice60 belvidotti
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 20% and sharpen
Position on the top left of your small rectangle strip
Add same drop shadow
Duplicate layer and position on the right side of the strip
Merge hearts together
Add your copyright and any text
Hide your white background and Merge Visible
Activate your crop tool
Click on the Snap crop rectangle to: layer opaque button
Hit the check mark to crop
Resize by 87% (all layers checked)
Sharpen
(you can unhide your white background or not...it's totally up to you!)
Save as PNG
