I’m using the fabulous licensed work Keith Garvey which can be purchased at MPT  

Supplies needed:

 PSP (I wrote this in X but any version will work)

Animation Shop

Plugins: Gradient Glow

Alien Skin Xenofex 2 > Constellation

(you can download a DEMO version HERE)

Font of choice: I used Alex Brush ROB and Stencil

Mask: WSL_Mask192 by Chelle HERE

Scrap Kit: Scrap Kit: “Serina’s Passion” freebie by Missy

of Misfits Scrapz HERE

Let’s get started!

Put your mask in your Mask folder

Open a new canvas 650 X 650 and flood fill with white

Open Missy_sp_paper12

Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk

Find WSL_Mask192 from the drop down

Fit to canvas, Show all mask and Source Luminance checked

Hit OK

Merge Group

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Duplicate layer and Mirror

Merge down

Duplicate layer again and flip

Merge down

Rename mask

Open Missy_sp_framebow

Image > Rotate Right

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 90%

Using your magic wand (Add/Shift)

Click inside your frame

Selections > Modify > Expand by 3

Click on your mask layer

Selections > Promote Selection to Layer

Click on mask layer againand hit delete

Deselect

Hide your frame and promoted selection layer

Erase the “ribbon” part of the mask so you are left with a mask frame

Unhide your frame and promoted selection

Add a light drop shadow to your frame layer

Open Missy_sp_blossom2

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Drag below frame layer

Resize by 75%

Free rotate 15 degrees right and position to right of frame

to your liking

Duplicate layer and Mirror

Position to your liking

Merge blossoms together

Still on your blossoms layer ...

Selections > Float > Defloat

Click on frame layer and erase any part of the frame

where you want some flowers showing

Deselect

Click on your blossoms layer and erase any excess you don’t want

Copy and paste your tube of choice

Selections > Float > Defloat

Click on frame layer and erase any part of the frame where

you want your tube to show

Deselect

Click on your tube layer and erase any excess showing

below the frame

Duplicate tube

On your original tube layer apply a Gaussian Blur of 5

Merge your 2 tube layers together

Add drop shadow and put your name on any text you wish on the tag

(I used stencil font and added a Gradient Glow of 5)

Open Missy_sp_envelope1

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 50%

Free rotate 30 degrees right

Position bottom left of your canvas

(see mine for reference)

Open Missy_sp_notepaper

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Drag below envelope layer

Resize by 50%

Free rotate 44 degrees right and position behind envelope

Click on your envelope layer

Using your magic wand, select inside the white frame

Selections > Modify > Expand by 3

Click on your  paper layer

Selections > Invert

Hit delete and deselect

Merge note paper and envelope together and add a drop shadow

Open Missy_sp_markerpen

Image > Mirror

Copy and paste onto your canvas

Resize by 65% and position below envelope

Add drop shadow

Change your background color to #803d67 and add some text

to your note paper

Free rotate 44 degrees right

Resize to fit and convert to raster

Hide your white background

Merge > Visible

Crop to layer opaque

Image > Resize by 80% (all layers checked)

Click on your mask layer

Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Xenofex 2 > Constellation

Use the following settings:

Edit > Copy Merged

Let's Animate!

Open Animation Shop

Ctrl + V to Paste as new Animation

Back in PSP

Click Undo once

Effects > Constellation

Hit your Random Seed once

Edit > Copy Merged

Back in Animation Shop

Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Hit your right arrow once

Back in PSP

Click Undo once

Effects > Constellation

Hit your Random Seed once

Edit > Copy Merged

Back in Animation Shop

Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Hit your right arrow once

Back in PSP

Click Undo once

Effects > Constellation

Hit your Random Seed once

Edit > Copy Merged

Back in Animation Shop

Edit > Paste after Current Frame

Ctrl + A to select all frames

Animation > Animation Properties

Click Opaque and change color to white

Hit OK

View > Animation and SAVE AS!
