Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Animation Shop
Plugins: Alien Skin Xenofex 2 > Constellation
(download a DEMO version HERE)
Tube of choice
Font of choice: I used 1 Snappy DNA included in supplies
Template15 by me HERE
Mask: Gemsmask%D42 by Gems (included in supplies)

Let’s get started!
Unzip and open your supplies.
Put your masks in your Mask folder and open your font
Open your template in PSP
Shift + D to duplicate and close the original
Open SC_paper27_JD
Layers > Load/Saved Mask from Disk
Find Gemsmask%D42 from drop down
Fit to Layer, Show all mask, Source Luminance checked
Hit OK
Merge Group
Edit > Copy
Click on your white background layer
Paste as New Layer
Resize 110%
Duplicate layer and merge down
Click on big flower layer
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Selections > Modify > Expand by 1
Open SC_paper10_JD
Copy and paste as new layer
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 7
Click on small flower
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open SC_paper1_JD
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete and deselect
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 10
Click on small dash layer
Selections > Select All > Float > Defloat
Open SC_paper11_JD
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit Delete
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Uniform, 80, Monochrome checked
Add drop shadow
1, 1, 75, 1
Copy and paste your tube and position to your liking
Add the following drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 4
Repeat changing V/H to -2
Click on background layer
Open SC_glitterdoodle3_JD
Copy and paste as new layer
Position bottom left of your canvas
Duplicate layer and mirror
Merge doodles together
Open SC_ribbon2_JD
Copy and paste as new layer
Free rotate 45 degrees left and position over the small flower layer
Use your raster deform tool to resize the ribbon
so it fits the flower layer
(it helps to reduce the opacity of the ribbon to see the flower layer)
Sharpen and add a drop shadow
0, 0, 75, 7
Click on the top layer of your layers palette
Open your SC_flowers2-5_JD
Resize each by 60%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Position at the bottom left and move them around until you get
a look that you like
Free rotate some of them 25 degrees right and left and move some above and below your tube
Sharpen each one and add the same drop shadow
Open your CC_butterfly2_JD
Image > Mirror
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 55% and free rotate 20 degrees left
Position at the top of your canvas and sharpen
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 50, 3
Open your SC_bird2_JD
Resize by 25% and position within your flowers
(see mine for placement)
Add same drop shadow twice
Add your copyright information and any text
Image > Resize > 76% (all layers checked)
Hide your white background
Click on your big dash layer
Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Xenofex 2 > Constellation
with the following settings:

Edit > Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop and Ctrl V to paste as new animation
Back in PSP
Click Undo once
Effects > Constellation
Hit your Random Seed once
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Hit your right arrow once to activate new frame
Back in PSP
Click Undo once
Effects > Constellation
Hit your Random Seed once
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Hit your right arrow once to activate new frame
Back in PSP
Click Undo once
Effects > Constellation
Hit your Random Seed once
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Ctrl + A to select all frames
Animation > Animation Properties
Click Opaque and change the color to white
Resize to your liking if necessary
View > Animation and Save As!
