I’m using the fabulous licensed work Tyson McAdoo which can be purchased at MPT
Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Plugins: No outside plugins needed
Font of choice: I used Edmunds
Mask: cbj_mask06 by me HERE
Scrap Kit (PTU): “Sassy Cowgirl” by Scrappy Lover HERE

Let’s get started!
Put your mask in your Mask folder
Download, unzip and open your font
Open a new canvas 750 X 750 and flood fill with white
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Paper9
Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk
Find cbj_mask06 from the drop down
Fit to canvas, Show all mask and Source Luminance checked
Hit OK
Merge Group
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 120% and center on canvas
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Frame 1
Activate your manual color correction tool
Set your Source color to #919191 and your Target color to a color from your tube
Hit Ok
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 75%
Add the following drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 5
Repeat changing V/H to -2
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Ribbon 1
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 80% and free rotate 30 degrees left
Position to your liking on your frame
Click on your scalloped frame layer
Using your magic wand, select outside the frame
Click on your ribbon layer
Hit delete
Repeat the same 2 drop shadows
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Wantedpergamin
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50% and free rotate 5 degrees right
Drag below your frame layer
Position at the top left of your canvas
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Gemstrip
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50% and free rotate 5 degrees left
Position at the right of your wanted paper
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Gemstrip2
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Image > Mirror
Resize by 50% and free rotate 5 degrees left
Position over your first gemstrip so that they intertwine
(see mine for reference)
When you are happy with the look, merge visible
Activate your color correction tool
Change your Source color to #dedede and your Target color to your frame color
Click Ok
Add the same two drop shadows
Open one of your buttons
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 12% and position over your ribbon
Sharpen and add the same two drop shadows
Merge down with your ribbons
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_SoSassyTag
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50% and free rotate 25 degrees right
Use your manual color correction tool to change the color of the tag if you wish
Position to the top right of your frame
Sharpen and add same two drop shadow
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Twigs
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag layer below your SoSassy tag
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 50, 7
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Fence
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 60% and position at the bottom left of your canvas
Use your selection tool or eraser to remove the 2 middle posts on the right side of the fence
Duplicate layer and line 2nd fence up with your first one to make it look like 1 fence
Merge down and center
Add drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 5
Repeat changing V/H to -2
Open SL_SassyCowgirl_Barbwire
Free rotate 45 degrees right
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 65% and sharpen
Position at the bottom of your canvas
(see mine for placement)
Duplicate layer > Mirror and flip
Click on your fence layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Click on your wire layer and erase the loop on the right and the wire covering the 6th post from the right
Deselect
Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 2
Copy and paste your tube and position to your liking
(mine came with a background which I used inside my frame)
Add a drop shadow
5, 5, 50, 4
Duplicate and resize your tube to about 120%
Adjust >
Enter 0 for each value
Mirror image if you’d like and center over wanted paper
Reduce opacity to 65
Effects > Artistic Effects > Aged Newspaper
Set value to 30
Click on your wanted paper
With your magic wand, click outside the paper
Click on your tube layer and hit delete
Click back on your wanted paper and add a drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 5
Repeat changing V/H to -2
Add your copyright information and any text
Layers > Merge visible
Image > Resize by 66% (all layers checked)
