Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Animation Shop
Plugins: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Glass
Alien Skin Xenofex2 > Constellation
(you can download the DEMO versions HERE)
Font of choice: I used Chick
2 tubes from the same artist
Mask: cbj_mask11 by me HERE
Template: Template 19 by me HERE

Let’s get started!
Unzip your filter to your filters folder. Unzip your font and open
Open your mask, template and tubes in PSP
Shift D to duplicate and close the original
Delete the credits layer
Click on your white background
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color from one of your tubes
Layer > New Mask Layer from Image
Find cbj_mask11 in your drop down
Source Luminance checked
Click ok and merge group
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color from your other tube
Layer > New Mask Layer from Image
Find cbj_mask11 in your drop down
Source Luminance checked
Click ok and merge group
Resize by 85% and free rotate 45 degrees right
Merge your mask layers together
Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Xenofex2 > Constellation with the following settings:

Click on large rectangle layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Open DG_paper3_JD
Click on your foreground in your materials palette and
click on the patterns tab
Find DG_paper3_JD
Angle = 0
Scale = 75
Flood fill the selection then deselect
Add drop shadow
0, 0, 80, 10
Delete large rectangle layer
Click on dotted line layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color from one of your tubes
Deselect
Add a drop shadow
1, 1, 50, 2
Delete dotted line layer
Merge down
Click on left rectangle layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Open DG_paper4_JD
Click on your foreground in your materials palette and click on the patterns tab
Find DG_paper4_JD
Angle = 45
Scale = 20
Flood fill the selection then deselect
Delete left rectangle layer
Duplicate layer 3 times
From bottom to top, rename L1, L2, L3 and L4
Repeat the same steps for the right rectangle layer and rename layers R1, R2, R3 and R4
Hide layers 2-4 for both sides
Click on L1
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Use the following settings:

Click Ok
Hide L1 and unhide L2
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Change Vertical to 24
Click Ok
Hide L2 and unhide L3
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Change Horizontal to 47
Click Ok
Hide L3 and unhide L4
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Change Vertical to 85
Click Ok
Hide L4 and unhide L1
Click on R1
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Horizontal = 87
Vertical = 24
Click Ok
Hide R1 and unhide R2
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Horizontal = 87
Vertical = 86
Click Ok
Hide R2 and unhide R3
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Change Vertical to 48
Click Ok
Hide R3 and unhide R4
Effects > Illumination Effects > Sunburst
Horizontal = 48
Vertical = 24
Click Ok
Hide your R4 layer and unhide your R1 layer
Click on left frame layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color from one of your tubes
Deselect
Add a drop shadow
0, 0, 80, 10
Delete left frame layer
Click on right frame layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with a color from the other tube
Deselect
Add same drop shadow
Delete right frame layer
Click on left circles layer
Selections > Float > Defloat
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with #ffffef
Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Glass
Use the following settings:

Click Ok and deselect
Delete left circles layer
Repeat for right circles layer
Click on your left rectangle layer
Copy and paste your first tube and resize if necessary
Position to your liking
Click on your right rectangle layer
Copy and paste your 2nd tube and resize if necessary
Position to your liking
Open DG_laceblack_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas and position at the
bottom of your frames
Open DG_floralwire1_JD
Copy and paste onto your canvas and position over your lace
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise
Random, 30, Monochrome checked
Click Ok
Add same drop shadow
Open DG_flower1_JD
Resize by 60%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag layer below your right rectangle layer and position at
the top right of the frame
Sharpen and add a drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 5
Open DG_flower4_JD
Resize by 60%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Position below your first flower
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Open DG_flower3_JD
Image > Flip
Resize by 60%
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Position below the middle flower
Sharpen and add same drop shadow
Drag your orange flower layer above your pink flower layer
Merge your flowers together
Duplicate layer and mirror
Image > Canvas Size
Change width to 725 and height to 750, enter placement
Clink on your white background layer and flood fill with white
Click on your top layer
Open DG_paper2_JD
Click on your background fill and click on the patterns tab
Find paper 2
Angle = 45
Scale = 25
Set your foreground to black
Activate your text tool and find the font Chick in your font drop down list
Set your stroke to 3
Type the text you want for the top of your tag
Add a drop shadow
2, 2, 50, 5
Add your copyright information and name
Image > Resize > 69%, all layers checked
Sharpen your layers
Hide your white background
Edit > Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop
Ctrl V to paste as new animation
Back in PSP
Hide your R1 and L1 layers and unhide your R2 and L2 layers
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Edit > Paste After Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once to activate new frame
Back in PSP
Hide your R2 and L2 layers and unhide your R3 and L3 layers
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Edit > Paste After Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once to activate new frame
Back in PSP
Hide your R3 and L3 layers and unhide your R4 and L4 layers
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in AS
Edit > Paste After Current Frame
Crtl + A to select all frames
Animation > Animation Properties
Click Opaque and change color to white
Hit OK
Animation > Frame Properties > 25
Animation > Resize Animation (if necessary)
View > Animation
File > SAVE AS!!!!
