Supplies needed:
PSP
(I wrote this in X but any version will work)
Animation Shop
Plugins: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Gradient Glow

Font of choice
Mask: WSL_Mask289 & 247 by Chelle HERE
Vampire Quote HERE

Let’s get started!
Put your masks in your Mask folder
Open a new canvas 650 X 650 and flood fill with white
Open paper 4
Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk
Find WSL_Mask289 from the drop down
Fit to canvas, Show all mask and Source Luminance checked
Hit OK
Merge Group
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 80%
Open Spiderweb
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Add drop shadow
2, 2, 80, 2
Merge down
Open paper 11
Layers > Load/Save Mask from Disk
Find WSL_Mask247 from the drop down
Fit to canvas, Show all mask and Source Luminance checked
Hit OK
Merge Group
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 75% and reduce opacity to 50
Merge down
If you are using the same tube,
(which is fabulous as it comes with tons of layers!)
copy and paste your blood splatter onto your canvas
Resize by 95%
Position to your liking
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 80% and position to the left side of your canvas
Grab your raster deform tool and holding the Ctrl key down,
grab your bottom right node and move it up towards the center a bit
Let off the Ctrl key and grab your left center node
and drag to the right a bit to straighten the coffin out
Hold your shift key down and grab the top right node and move upwards a bit till it’s even with the top left node
When you are happy with the way it looks, sharpen
Click inside the coffin frame with your magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 4
Add a new raster layer and drag below coffin frame layer
Flood fill with black
Keep selected
Add a new raster layer and rename glow 1
Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact > Gradient Glow
With the following settings:
Add a new raster layer and rename glow 2
Effects > Gradient glow
Change Glow radius to 36.05
Add a new raster layer and rename glow 3
Effects > Gradient glow
Change Glow radius to 53.53
Add a new raster layer and rename glow 4
Effects > Gradient glow
Change Glow radius to 76.80
Add a new raster layer and rename glow 5
Effects > Gradient glow
Change Glow radius to 117.58
Hide your glow layers for now
Click on frame layer
Add a drop shadow
0, -15, 85, 25, shadow on new layer checked
Hide your black fill layer
Click on your shadow layer and erase the shadow inside and on top of
the coffin frame
Unhide your black fill layer
Merge your frame and shadow together
Open bloodstainedscroll
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50% and position towards the bottom right of your mask
Grab your raster deform tool
Hold down the Ctrl key and drag the top left node towards the center
Let off the Ctrl key and grab the top center node and move down towards the center about half way
Play with these 2 steps to create the look you want
Sharpen
Add the same drop shadow but uncheck shadow on new layer
Copy and paste your tube of choice and add a drop shadow
(I used -15, 22, 85, 25)
Open crossskullwreath1
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50% and free rotate 45 degrees right
Grab that raster deform tool again and repeat the same steps you did above with the scroll
Sharpen and add a drop shadow
4, 7, 100, 15
Open 2blkrose
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 40% and mirror
Position on top of your cross
Sharpen and add a drop shadow
2, 2, 80, 2
Merge your rose, cross and scroll together
Copy and paste your vampire quote (if using) and position to your liking
Resize by 90% and sharpen
Add your copyright information and any text
Image > Resize to 500 pixels (all layers checked)
Sharpen if needed
Hide your white background layer
Edit > Copy Merged
LET'S ANIMATE!
Open Animation Shop
Ctrl + V to Paste as new Animation
Back in PSP
Unhide Glow 1 layer
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once
Back in PSP
Hide Glow 1 layer and unhide Glow 2 layer
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once
Back in PSP
Hide Glow 2 layer and unhide Glow 3 layer
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once
Back in PSP
Hide Glow 3 layer and unhide Glow 4 layer
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Hit your right arrow once
Back in PSP
Hide Glow 4 layer and unhide Glow 5 layer
Edit > Copy Merged
Back in Animation Shop
Edit > Paste after Current Frame
Ctrl + A to select all frames
Edit > Copy
Left click on last frame (frame 6)
Edit paste after current frame
Animation > Reverse frames
Ctrl A to select all frames
Animation > Animation Properties
Click Opaque and change color to white
Hit OK
Animation > Frame properties > 15
Select 1st frame
Animation > Frame properties > 100
View > Animation and SAVE!
